What Assisted Intelligence means
NOSTALGI-Ai is developing technology to help capture, organize, and compare condition evidence. The purpose is to support a more consistent review—not to remove human judgment or claim that a machine can understand every card automatically.
A trained reviewer remains responsible for the final assessment.
The system being developed
Controlled imaging
Repeatable lighting, positioning, and capture procedures are being evaluated so relevant details can be documented more consistently.
Structured observations
Condition findings are organized across centering, corners, edges, and surface rather than being left as an unexplained impression.
Measurement support
Computer-vision tools are being researched to assist with measurable relationships and visible patterns where the evidence can be supported.
Human review interface
The planned review workflow keeps the evidence visible and requires a person to verify the final decision.
Condition record
We are designing a customer-facing record that connects the final assessment to documented observations. The final format has not been released.

- We do not publish performance percentages before they are supported by completed testing.
Development path
- Define — Establish clear condition criteria and capture requirements.
- Calibrate — Test the process on an internal 100-card reference set.
- Compare — Review repeat assessments and resolve inconsistent criteria.
- Document — Record methods, training changes, and supported results.
- Launch carefully — Open submissions only after the customer workflow and policies are ready.

All AI-assisted capabilities described here are in active research and development. Proprietary methods and source code are not disclosed publicly. Patent and trademark applications are pending; no grant or registration is implied.
